Tes Online 2 Rekrutmen Bersama BUMN 2024

Materi soal tes online tahap 2 RBB 2034 yang diujikan mendatang akan dibedakan berdasarkan jenjang pendidikannya.

Untuk lulusan SMA Sederajat, akan ada tiga tes yaitu

- Tes Core Value AKHLAK dengan nilai minimal 65 (bobot 60 persen),

- Tes Wawasan Kebangsaan (TWK) dengan nilai minimal 50 (bobot 10 persen), serta

- Tes Learning Agility dengan nilai minimal 197 (bobot 30 persen).

Kemudian untuk Lulusan D3, D4/S1, dan S2, ujian yang dikerjakan di tes online tahap 2 adalah:

- Tes Bahasa Inggris dengan nilai minimal 450 (bobot 80 persen) dan

- Tes Learning Agility dengan nilai minimal 197 (bobot 20 persen).

 Nantinya, nilai final pembobotan akan diakumulasikan dengan tes online tahap 1 yang dikerjakan sebelumnya.

Bagi lulusan SMA sederajat, pembobotan tes online tahap 1 adalah 40 persen dan tes online tahap 2 adalah 60 persen.

Sedangkan untuk lulusan diploma/sarjana, bobot tes online tahap 1 sebanyak 60 persen dan tes online tahap 2 adalah 40 persen.

Perlu diingat, peserta Rekrutmen Bersama BUMN yang mendapatkan nilai merah tidak bisa lolos ke tahap selanjutnya.

Meski begitu, peserta yang nilainya di atas ambang batas juga tidak serta merta lolos ke tahap selanjutnya dan masih harus menunggu pengumuman.
